Legislation?

Ive been reading awhile about the current legislation in airsoft. and ive come across some interesting posts and information that might be worth a follow up, this on a particular website. I actually managed to find in googles cache a html version of the PDF document that John C. Hanlon had sent on to the Ministers Weapons Review Committee. heres the forum post i saw about what was occuring:

"This year, Airsoft Australia representative John C. Hanlon announced on the association’s website that their proposal for legislative and regulatory changes within Queensland had been passed by the Ministers Weapons Review Committee. The changes along with recommendations from the Australian Police Ministers Council have bee forwarded to the Minister for approval. Hanlon states that from the information he has received the new legislation could be enacted as early as December 2008. "

also, if you wish to read the html version of the PDF that was created. go to google and search for "Amendment to Airsoft Australia's" without the quotes.

the first link should be the link to the pdf document, which is on a website that is currently suspended, but if you click on the "view as HTML" you can get the google cached version of the document. Might be worth a read.
