G'day Everyone!
Now, people might be a bit confused as to what is happening with this site, where we are going, etc. Well i have some GREAT news for you. We will be moving to the ORIGINAL ASA website (AirsoftAustralia.com.au).
Pros-
- We get the official domain name and have a registered website
- We will be at the top of the page when ever someone searches "Airsoft Australia"
- There are heaps more but im too excited to think of them
Cons-
- We lose all posts on this forum (however i am thinking about getting some of the good posts and just copy/pasting them in the new one)
- NO MORE NEGATIVITY!
Currently the ASA website is getting 100 hits a day, and with our community to add to it will bring another increase, big or small, anything counts!
It will be going up in the next few days, with Josh and myself along with two of the original Admins monitering it. However we will not be merging with the AirsoftCouncil because of many reasons which we will discuss later on. Anything i post here now about them, i am positive they will react to and i can't be bothered dealing with their crap right now.
Anyways, dont worry, you will still have your old mates on the new website, all it means we now have more support, and more help to get Airsoft back! Josh and I have been talking about this a lot and think it is for the best. We would all love to keep this site, but in the long run it would be for the best because we need all the support we can!
I will be posting a reply to this when the website/forum is up. That will be in the nest day or two.
