For some stupid reason i think that airsoft will end up like paintball you cant own one without a liscence and you just borrow a gun. i hope not what do you think

Two MAJOR updates.
One, I am disappointed to announce that All information on this forum will be lost due to the moving of the site.
That being said, I am more than ecstatic to announce our move to the old AirsoftAustralia.com.au!!!!!!

I think That just to play the damn sport would be awesome.
Regardless of how stringent the laws.
(Except if they require hot pink receivers.. THEN a hair or two would be split :3 )

i r4ecently got an email from my local state membersaying that if airsoft is legalised in aus it will have a catch either by limiting FPS or a colouring scheme or even the paintball thing but i would just love to play airsoft

It seems reasonable to assume that even if airsoft was legalised in uAustralia in some form or another we would be limited to semi-autos, like they are in NZ.

That AK was disturbing to say the least 
I had always thought that the concept of airsoft was recreating semi-realistic military matches and the idea of a weapon with a fluro coloured section is enough to make me want to beat up the person who mentioned it on here because that is precisely the kind of thing that a Aussie politican would pick up on
