Airsoft in a good light

Hey guys,

I started this for all of us to brainstorm ways to make Airsoft come across alot nicer and safer to those who don't really know what it is or have never even heard of it.

My suggestion is that everone on the forum doesn't refer to Airsoft guns as weapons, when you say weapon it relates Airsoft to danger, where if you say gun it's not so bad eg: tattoo gun, airbrush gun even paintball gun.

thing is technically all airsoft "guns" aren't guns, a gun is technically a piece of artillery but yea i know what you mean

refraining from use of the words such as
guns-----Use "Replica"
bullets--- Stick with BB!

Replicas is a good call, but i wonder if the powers that be, here in Aus', would view two tone Airsoft as replicas....hmmmm, makes you think, that one.
But I do like the idea of calling them replicas over guns and thats what i shall be doing fom here on........Airsoft replica.....SEE !!! heh

lol, i want a airsoft replica that fires plastic bb's to participate in safe airsoft skirmishes.

a two-tone isnt a replica because a RIF is a

replica
• noun an exact copy or model of something, especially one on a smaller scale.

imitation
• noun 1 the action of imitating. 2 a copy.

firearm
• noun a rifle, pistol, or other portable gun.

a twotone isnt an "exact copy" due to the coloring
