The reason we are aiming for the person speaking into the camera is to differentiate US for everyone else. They are taking the "easy" approach and putting little effort into making their promotion video. I'm not saying ours will be 'fully sick mate', but it will be something different. Something to show the people of Australia that we actually are putting in our utmost effort. Not taking any shortcuts.

Ok, i have an idea. Go to all of the players and get them to say "we want airsoft back in Australia" or something along those lines. Ask them a few questions what they think about airsoft and all the good things about it. Then try to get some live action footage (if possible) and then put it all together. This will show everyone that the countries playing it have had no issues with Airsoft and that even THEY think that we should have it back. So people will see that not only Australian's want Airsoft back, but even people from overseas!

I would also include in your videos the amount of times airsoft is used inappropriately such as robberies etc, as airsoft has such a low crime rating that should also play to our advantage.

the only reason airsoft has a low crime rate RE: robeies is because airsoft is banned in australia?

no I was talking about the united states, might still be a problem because its easier to get a gun then an airsoft rifle but the statistics over there for crimes committed with airsoft is very low so might be a good thing to mention.

lol im not trying to keep airsoft banned but saying that might jepodise our operation (operation ASA heheh) because you dont know if ur being robed by an airsoft gun unless the guy is court so i dont dugest bringing that up.

well I currently was able to possess two plastic rifles which look exactly like the real thing yet customs allowed me to have them no problem, the argument would consist of if you are stupid to pull anything on for example a police officer or another civilian they should apply laws of which carry very tough penalties. The reason I say that we should bring up the whole low percentage of air soft crimes is to prove that there are plastic toy guns which if you painted black look the same as anything else.

Its alright, i know what you mean Ausarmygrunt. The more we reassure the Australian public that it isn't as dangerous as they think, the more they will realise that Airsoft is actually a very fun/safe sport.

Take for example Rugby. It is probably one of the most popular and dangerous sports in Australia yet people are actually WATCHING people smash into eachother, sometimes eventually causing long-term effects such as Arthritus/Spinal Injury/Brain damage. And yet people can justify this as "entertainment".

Worst case senerio
Airsoft- Someone gets a BB in the eye resulting in blindness.
Rugby- Perminent brain damage/paralysis.
